Mohini Bakshi, Principal
When the Seedling was planted the need for its careful nurturing
and tending was also established. Mrs. Mohini Bakshi was the
natural caretaker of the growing sapling. She went about
structuring its growth both quantitatively and qualitatively with
the zeal and courage of a pioneer.
Mrs.
Bakshi did not only dream of raising education standards of
Jaipur, or to be providing more seats in school for it’s growing
numbers. But she wanted to hand down a tradition, a tradition in
culture and civilization. And inculcate the spirit of citizenship
amongst the young citizens of tomorrow.
Inspired
and tireless efforts of Madam Bakshi shaped the school and the
results bore the testimony. The teachers were hand picked, they
were well qualified in modern teaching techniques but more
importantly they were sensitive to a modern day challenge and
aspirations. She pondered; did education mean that a child toed
the heavy burden of home works and school bags? It was then that
the educationist in Madam Bakshi peaked and she streamlined the
study and the syllabus for both the student and the taught.
In
the school Madam Bakshi is referred as an Institution. For her
dreams are far from small ones it is to make Seedlings an Eton or
a Harrow of this part of the planet. Each firm step that she takes
forward, the dream also seems getting closer.

energy required in implementing them. A dedicated person values
punctuality as the starting point of any discipline. A product of
a public school himself uses boyhood charm to style the school.

school that has registered a growth as dramatic as Seedlings the
task of keeping its administration and supply inputs streamlined
was not a small one and Sandeep Bakshi fares well in his task. A
counselor of extreme sensitivity takes pains to be available to
parents, teachers and student when advice is needed. A hard
taskmaster also lies behind the charming smile.
Seedlings
feel safe to take bigger strides under his stewardship knowing
